ENTRY, CLOSING & DRAW PUBLICATION
Entries Open: 2PM Friday 5th January 2024.
Entries Close: 5PM Monday 29th January 2024 (unless capacity reached prior).
Draw Published: 2PM Friday 2nd February 2024.
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
1. Entrants must have an Australian GA Handicap and be a member of a bricks and mortar Metropolitan, Suburban or Country Golf Club affiliated with Golf WA. Entrants with social network or league handicaps are not eligible to enter
2. Entrants must have 4, 5,6 or 7 Day 18 Hole Playing Rights
3. The competition shall be played in accordance with the Rules of Golf and Local Rules of the Royal Fremantle Golf Club
4. Junior Members with a handicap of 12.4 (GA) or lower are eligible to enter
5. The Competition will be played under Par format and have separate winners for Men and Women. Players will be eligible to win only one major prize
6. The Entrance Fee includes pre game lunch, on course and post game catering
7. All competitors must have paid the relevant entrance fee prior to the draw being published 8 All competitors must report to the Golf Shop no less than 30 minutes prior to tee off
8. Scoring via the MiScore App is preferred. All paper score cards must be scanned at the scanning station then handed to the scorer within 15 minutes of the completion of their round
9. No Refunds will be given after the draw is presented
10. By entering to participate, players agree to having their photo taken and used for future marketing material for Royal Fremantle Golf Club, unless specifically instructed otherwise
11. Dress Standards - players are required to comply with the dress code set by Royal Fremantle Golf Club on course and in the Clubhouse
12. The Event Committee of the Royal Fremantle Golf Club manages the competition and;
a. reserves the right to accept or refuse an entry and to restrict the number of entrants
b. shall decide the method to be employed in the event of a tie
c. reserves the right to adjust conditions of play in any way deemed necessary
d. has sole control over the management of the event
13. All cart booking should be referred to the Golf Shop, following event registration
DRESS REGULATIONS
A high standard of golf attire is expected on the course at all times. Failure to meet standards may result in removal from the course. White socks only if wearing shorts for males. Players are expected to shower and change for presentations and smart/casual attire (collared shirt) is expected for use of clubhouse facilities. (No jeans, thongs etc).
