The Match Committee reserves the right to alter any conditions, time of play and umpire any disputes or protests.
If cancellation is within 7 days of the event the entry fee will be forfeited unless a substitute is found.
Entries will be accepted on a first come basis and a waiting list maintained if entries exceed available tee times.
