Conditions of Entry
1.Entry fees MUST be paid online at time of entry.
2.All Entries close on Tuesday, January 20th at 5pm. If event is not fully booked before,
3.All competitions shall be played in accordance with the rules of golf, as adopted by the Royal & Ancient Golf Club at St Andrews, subject to the modification herein mentioned, together with the local rules of Club Tocumwal.
4.All events are open to amateur's only who are members of a registered golf club.
5.Competitors must state the name of their home club, Golflink number and their email.
6.The Club Tocumwal golf committee may, in the event of bad weather or any other reason, either shorten any event or cancel the days play (and in the case of ties), ties shall be decided by the countback system recommended by Golf Australia.
7.Golflink number must be produced on request or competitor will be ineligible for a trophy.
8.Any refunds requested will incur a $5.00 administration fee.
9.No refunds are eligible after entries close, on Tuesday January 20th, 2025, at 5pm.
10.Competition grades will be decided on the day according to field entries.

12.When the presentation and prizes to the winners are completed, after each day. The results are final, and the competition is closed.
