Event date - Friday 9 May 2025, 8AM shotgun. Tee and coffee available prior to tee off. Lunch included post round.
18 holes event - stroke play for GA Handicap 18.3 and below and Stableford for GA Handicap 18.4 and above.
Open for women golfers only.
Entries open on Friday, 7 March 2025, 5pm
Closing date for entries is Friday 2 May 2025, 5pm.
Eligibility:
- All Entrants must have a GA Handicap and be a member of a club affiliated with Golf WA.
Format:
- The event will be played over 18 holes with a stroke play format for players with a GA Handicap of 18.3 and below and Stableford format for players with a GA Handicap above 18.4
- The event will be run by the Women's Committee of Gosnells Golf Club who reserve the right to alter conditions if required
- Play will be from the Ladies Red Tees. Par 72| Scratch 73 | Slope 124 |
- The field will be limited to 120 players. In the event a full field is achieved, higher handicapped players will be balloted out first
- The competition will be played in accordance with the rules of golf and any local rules in place at Gosnells Golf Club
- In the event of a tie, winners will be decided using the Australian countback system
- In the event a players handicap increases / decreases from beyond the limit after the closing date for the competition, their GA handicap will be taken at the point of establishing the draw.
- The draw will be available to all players 2 days prior to event (Wednesday 7 May), emailed to participants and available on GGC website.
Trophies:
- Players are eligible to win only one trophy (excluding novelties)
Entry Fees:
- Entry fee for members $40 non members $60 is payable at the time of entry. Entries are strictly via MiTournament for all GGC members and visitors
- No refund of entry fees will be offered after the draw is finalised
- Entry fees cannot be transferred to other players
Motorised Carts:
- The Club has a fleet of 20 motorised carts which may be booked by players. All bookings must be made directly through the pro shop and carts will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
- Visitors are not permitted to bring privately owned motorised carts to the Club.
