MAX GA HANDICAP WOMEN 18.9
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY 2024 HARTFIELD OPEN
1. ELIGIBILITY
1.1 Open to golfers with official Australian Handicap at date of entry.
1.2 Max GA for Men 13.4. Max GA for Women 18.9 and who are financial
playing Members of a PRIVATE GOLF CLUB.
(Social & Public Golf Clubs not accepted)
2. MATCH COMMITTEE
2.1 Match Committee have sole management and control of event.
2.2 Match Committee’s decision is final on all matters relating to this event.
3. RULES OF PLAY
3.1 Rules of Golf, adopted by the Royal and Ancient Rules Limited, along
with Club’s local rules will apply to this event.
4. ENTRIES
4.1 If the event exceeds the number of places, entries from higher
handicaps will be decided by ballot.
4.2 Unsuccessful entrants will be given the opportunity to compete
if withdrawals occur.
4.3 Those balloted out will receive a full refund.
4.4 Once Draw is posted and emailed to players, no refunds will be issued.
5. EVENT
5.1 Will be played over two (2) days.
5.2 Schedule of event; Round 1 Saturday 9th November AM,
Round 2 Sunday 10th PM
6. MOTORISED CARTS
6.1 Golfers with approved Medical Certificate with Golf WA & Hartfield CC
7. PRACTICE
7.1 Complimentary practice round provided on Friday 8th November PM
to players eligible for Paxton Averages
BOOKINGS CLOSE TUESDAY NOVEMBER 5TH AT 4PM
DRAW WILL BE POSTED WEDNESDAY 6TH BY COB
