Conditions:

1. Open to men and women aged 55years and over who are members of an affiliated Metropolitan or Country Golf Club
2. Entries from members of social golf clubs will not be accepted.
3. A maximum field of 120 with caps of 80 men and 40 women should the field reach capacity. 
4. A ballot based on handicap will be conducted if required.
5. The Rules of Golf, as adopted by the Royal and Ancient Rules Ltd, will apply together with WAGC Local and Temporary Rules.
6. The event will be played as 18-holes of Stroke for A grade and 18 holes of Stableford for B and C Grade.  
7. Men's grades will be: A Grade GA 9.0 or less /  B Grade 9.1-16.6 / C Grade 16.7+.  Ladies grades will be: A grade 19.4 or less / B Grade 19.5-28.3 / C Grade 28.4+
8. Presentations will immediately follow play.
9. The match committee will have sole management and control of the event, including balloting and decisions on disputes.
10. Players must report to the Golf-shop at least 15 minutes before the appointed tee-off time, failure to do so may result in disqualification.
11. Motorised carts can be hired from the Golf-shop, however the presentation of a Specialist certificate is required. Limited number available, please call 9349 1988 to book.
12. Players can only win one Major Trophy.
13. In the event of a tie for the A Grade Gross winner, the winner will be decided by a sudden death playoff. All other ties will be decided by countback.
14. Entry fees will only be refunded if a withdrawal is received prior to the draw being published.
15. Practice rounds are not available.
