- Late entries will only be accepted from players if numbers permit and at the discretion of the Ladies Match Committee.
- If more entries are received than can be accommodated on the course, a ballot will take place.
- A player whose handicap increases beyond the maximum handicap limit after entries have closed may play in the event but must use the maximum handicap permitted.
- Motorised transport will only be permitted upon presentation of a medical certificate.
- If a player is unable to play, she may only substitute another player with permission from the Ladies Match Committee prior to the event.
- All players are to report to the Pro Shop to register at least 30 minutes prior to their tee time.
- The draw will be posted on the Pymble Golf Club’s website on Wednesday 12 May 2021. No refunds after final draw.
- Ties will be decided by a countback in accordance with Golf Australia Regulations.
DRESS REGULATIONS
- Clothing must be appropriate for golf.
- Denim clothing, beach type garments, cargo pants, mini skirts, track pants, exercise and abbreviated clothing not permitted.
- Shirts not tucked in are to have a band or to be a tailored garment designed to be worn outside lower body.
