Event Terms & Conditions
- Event is open to both Men and Ladies with a current registered Golflink number
- Entries will be limited to a maximum 144 players with fees to accompany entry form and will be on a first served basis
- Players must have played 5 handicapped 18 hole rounds within the last 12 months
- Entries and payment must be received by 5:00pm Thursday September 14, 2023
- Players entering after the first 144 received may be placed on a standby list
- The event will be 2-person Combined Stableford (scores of both players are added together to calculate the team score). They may be combined as Mens, Ladies or Mixed
- Players to nominate with partner. You can nominate for a partner and all attempts will be made to find a partner on your behalf
- Players must be ready to commence play at least 20 mins prior to their allocated starting time and have registered on the day
- The Rules of Play will be the Rules of Golf and the Local Rules of the Sanctuary Golf Club
- Player Code of Conduct - All entrants assent to be bound by the Golf WA Code of Conduct. A copy of the code is available at www.golfwa.org
- The decision of the Sanctuary Members Golf Club Inc committee (or its elected representative) shall be final in any dispute
- No alcohol is to be taken onto the course unless purchased from Sanctuary Golf Resort
- Any prizes (including novelties) issued as vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash
